Richard Bongard
Co-founder and President

Richard Bongard is co-founder and President of Insite Computer Group Inc. where he is responsible for maintaining the company's services innovation through the ongoing development of Insite's IT infrastructure as well as that of its clients. His duties include overseeing ongoing initiatives regarding the reliability, scalability and efficiency of the company’s solutions as well as ensuring that the high standards of industry certifications are maintained by the technical services division. Richard also provides strategic direction for the company sets, its policies and develops technology plans.

Prior to co-founding Insite, Richard served as a technology consultant for numerous clients nationwide. In that role Richard provided technical services to clients with respect to their IT infrastructures, network set-up and management.

Avi Bitterman
Co-founder and Vice President
Strategy & Business Development

Avi Bitterman is Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at Insite Computer Group Inc. where he focuses primarily on the company’s strategy and new business development initiatives. Avi takes overall responsibility for the company’s technical operations as it relates to sales and business development as well as exploring new business ideas consistent with Insite’s corporate strategy.

In 1992 Avi joined Insite and grew the organization as a systems integrator, providing value added services to small and medium sized businesses across North America.

Prior to joining Insite, Avi held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in both technical and management positions at the Ontario Workers Compensation Board as well as at IBM Skill Dynamics. Avi was instrumental in helping deploy one of North America’s first integrated imaging and payment systems that integrated IBM mainframe and IBM OS/2 and environments.

Doron Kaminski
Chief Operations Officer

Doron Kaminski is Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer at Insite Computer Group Inc., a position he has held since joining the company in 2005. He directs and manages the company’s internal as well as external operations. Under his guidance, Insite’s various teams focus on delivering exceptional user experience, continuous innovation and accountability. An IT industry veteran, Doron also assumes responsibility for managing the company’s relationships with industry partners, vendors and distributors. In addition, Doron oversees the company’s marketing activities working closely with Insite’s agencies as well as third parties. He plays a decisive role in Insite’s ongoing sales strategies by including business development as part of his daily responsibilities.

Prior to joining Insite, Doron co-founded ProLan Computer Services Limited, a Service-Centric company providing technical services to small and medium businesses across Ontario. As CEO Doron was instrumental in growing the company and selling it in 2004.

Doron started his career in technology in Montreal at CAE Electronics in 1985 as an Information Centre specialist. There he managed the conversion of over 1,000 terminals to a leading edge PC network technology, setting the stage for their future IT infrastructure.

Doron earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McGill University. He serves on the advisory board of the Venture Tech Network and is also involved with numerous non-profit organizations.
